Rob Moose Recording Studio
I was asked to design a recording space by Rob Moose in the fall of 2021. The Idea was to design a creative space that would be instrument specific yet not limited for expression with other instruments. We wanted a space that would be private, secluded and insular. The acoustics are such that Rob can freely use the entire space and not feel confined to one sweet spot. Creativity is always the most important outcome of the spaces i design and I look forward to hearing all that Rob will create in the space and what this space can open up for Rob and broaden his opportunities in creativity.
Rob Moose is an American multi-instrumentalist, arranger, producer, conductor, and orchestrator
As a violinist, violist, guitarist, and mandolinist, Moose has performed on close to 500 albums, including albums by artists such as Gwen Stefani, Maren Morris, Rufus Wainwright, Alabama Shakes, John Legend, and Joshua Bell. He appeared on the Grammy Award-winning albums High Wide & Handsome: The Charlie Poole Project (2009) by Loudon Wainwright III and The Suburbs (2010) by Arcade Fire. In addition, he has contributed to Nico Muhly's score for Howards End (2017) and Nicholas Britell's scores for Free State of Jones (2016) and Battle of the Sexes (2017).
